Obituary of Arthur Thomas Faulk MD

FAULK, Dr. Arthur Thomas died May 30, 2016 at home in Tucson, AZ. He was 85 years old and a longtime Arizona resident. Born on July 10, 1930 in Virginia, he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1953 and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society and other honorary societies. A four-year letterman for the Penn track team, he was a nationally-ranked long jumper. He completed medical school at Penn in 1957. He married Dolores Smith in 1958 in Philadelphia. They had seven sons. Arthur practiced medicine in five states including Pennsylvania and Arizona. He retired in 2008. Survivors include his wife, six sons and six grandchildren.
