Obituary of Maria Tomassini

TOMASSINI, Maria 83, surrounded by her family, she died peacefully on June 7, 2016. Born in Castignano, Italy she immigrated with her husband and children in 1963 and made Tucson her home for the past 40 years. Preceded in death by her granddaughter, Sylvanna Parisella. She is survived by husband, Arnaldo; children, Max (Earlyn), Paola (Eddie), Patrizia and Aimee (Julian); nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, sister, Bernardina; brother, Enea and many relatives and friends. We will all miss her deeply. Visitation held on Saturday, June 11, 2016, 10:30 a.m. at St. Odilia Catholic Church at 7570 N. Paseo del Norte, Oro Valley, with an 11:30 a.m. Mass to follow.
