Obituary of Betty Wolgamott

WOLGAMOTT, Betty Gibson Branson Age 92, passed away on May 21, 2016. She married Floyd Branson (Poppy), both of Bend, OR, in 1946, her enduring love who passed in 1981. In 1995 Betty married Wendell Wolgamott of Madras, OR (d.1998). Known to her family as Grandma Betty, she epitomized loving kindness. She lived her last decade in Tucson, AZ, with her elder daughter and son-in-law, Bonnie and William. She spent those years happily feeding birds and critters, puttering in the backyard, tending flowers and keeping weeds in check. She delighted in family visits and travel adventures. Survived by three children, Bonnie (William) Rasmussen of Tucson; Sonné (Tom) Gies of Spokane, WA and Robert (Linda) Branson of Redmond, OR; 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. Family will celebrate her life at an upcoming family reunion. Remembrance gifts in her honor may be made to a local food bank. Arrangements entrusted to ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel -
