Obituary of Janet Tower

TOWER, Janet May died peacefully on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 in Tucson, Arizona. She was born on September 19, 1925 in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. Janet worked for nearly 30 years as an elementary school teacher in TUSD. She was an active member of St. Mark's Presbyterian Church for over 65 years. She is survived by her brother, Edward (Phyllis) Fraidenburg; sister, June (Donald) Smith; sons, Ronald and Kenneth (Ann); grandchildren, David and Ruth; great-grandchildren, Logan and Abigail. She was our beloved sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. A memorial service will be held at St. Mark's Presbyterian Church on Sunday, April 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., followed by a reception and celebration of her life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Mark's Presbyterian Church general fund and/or Children's Sunday School Department. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOME.
