Obituary of Nicole Gentry

Nicole Gentry Our precious girl was called home on January 15, 2016. She leaves behind her mother, Tina, father Steve, "best-est brother ever Jake, her grandmother, Janet Gentry, grandfather Carl Held and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and incredible friends. Although significant health issues caused great difficulties in the last 5 years of her life, Nicole continued to hold onto her faith. She loved Jesus, family, friends, a good laugh, animal print, shopping, football, Arizona Ice Hockey, and Larry Fitzgerald, whom she met in October. We would like to extend a special thanks to the doctors', nurses and medical staff of UMC, University of Arizona Cancer Center, Bayada Home Health, and Casa De La Luz Hospice for all the wonderful care she received throughout the years. We are so blessed and grateful for the 26 years entrusted to us in raising such a loving and sweet daughter. Although our hearts are broken, we know she is dancing with the angels and living a new life! Thank you Jesus. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2016, at 10:30 A.M., at Foothills Community Church, 3301 W. Overton Rd., Tucson, AZ. 520-744-0555.
