Obituary of Jakob Joseph Martinez

Jakob has left us to be with the Lord on November 9th 2015. Jakob's new journey has begun with his nana. They are both hand in hand watching over us. We will have a celebration of life November 20th at Adair Dodge Chapel at 1050 N. Dodge BLVD at 11:00am Survived by Mother Monalisa Lybeck Brother Brandyn Martinez Sister Victoria Cruz and his two children Alexandria Jane Caron and Landon James Caron
