KELLY, Billy, 68, of Tucson, AZ, passed away November 12, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Barbara; sons, Brian and Michael; mother, Shirley; grandchildren, Hondo and Jupiter; brothers, Rick and Max and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
