Obituary of W Gordon Wieduwilt

W. Gordon Wieduwilt 87, passed quietly at home August 18, 2015 in Tucson, AZ. Survived by his wife, Nancy; and children, Eric (Mitzi), Lisa (John), Trudi; grandchildren, Chris, Chelsey, Sonja (Clay); great-grandson, Hayden; and sister, Shirley (Hank) of their hometown Lansdale, PA. Gordon is a graduate of Colorado School of Mines in geophysical engineering. His career began with Newmont Mining and Canadian Aero Surveys. In 1970 he opened Mining Geophysical Surveys in Tucson, which operated for more than 25 years. The business and Gordon's warm nature and sense of humor touched many lives. His career in minerals exploration took him around the world making many friends along the way. He shared his love of travel, tennis, sailing and the outdoors with his family, creating lifetimes of adventure, laughter, and wonder. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOME.
