Obituary of Margaret Lou Jorgensen

Margaret Lou (Johnsen) Jorgensen Born December 31, 1926 in Underwood, Iowa; peacefully passed away August 12, 2015 in Tucson, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, James P. Jorgensen, and son, Phillip. She is survived by their children, John (Jane), Peter (Peggy), Edwin (Janet), Martha (Troy) Reimer, and Paul; as well as 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; brother, Donald Johnsen of Underwood, Iowa; and many nieces and nephews. Mom was a proud wife and mother, a member of the WWII Cadet Nurse Corps, a R.N. graduate of Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in Council Bluffs, Iowa; and lifelong community volunteer. There will be a Celebration of Life Sunday, August 16, 2015 Graveside Service Monday, August 17, 2015. A Memorial Mass will be at a later date.
