Obituary of Jean Gwin Flippo

Jean Gwin Flippo was born in McKenzie, Tennessee on September 17, 1920. A mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who went home to Heaven on March 2, 2015. She was loved and cherished by all and will be greatly missed. "Grammy" gave of herself and her time to others. She loved to dance. She was active in the church serving on the Lord's Supper committee. She is survived by son, Robert Flippo (Barbara) of Charles City, Virginia; daughters, Susie Lelli (John) and Sally Fricks (Bert); six grandchildren and two great- grandchildren mostly of Tucson Arizona. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to The Boys and Girls Club of Tucson. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at New Life Church of the Nazarene, 3367 N. Geronimo Ave. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel.
