LOMBARD, Charles Russell, Jr., 90, formerly of Delmar, NY, passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2015. Mr. Lombard is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Bettie Barnett Lombard of Tucson; a son, Charles Russell Lombard III, of Cincinnati, Ohio; daughters and son-in-law, C. Allison Lombard of Tucson and Martha Lombard Page and Peter E. Page of Charlotte, NC and granddaughter, Ragan Lombard Page of Charlotte, NC. Family and friends of Mr. Lombard are invited to attend his Memorial Service beginning at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Northminster Presbyterian Church at 2450 East Fort Lowell Rd., Tucson, Arizona.
