Obituary of Skylar Rose Nelson

Skylar Rose Nelson 3/22/1999 - 1/12/2015 Skylar was born in Kirkland, Washington in 1999 and moved to Oro Valley, Arizona with her family in 2007. Skylar was a Sophomore at Ironwood Ridge High School. Skylar was an excellent actress, a creative artist, and had a beautiful singing voice. Skylar enjoyed hiking, camping, drawing, crafts, and had a love for all animals. She had strong opinions and had a very determined mind. She was an inspiration to always be yourself and nobody else. Skylar will always be remembered as a witty and outgoing person to her friends and family. Skylar is survived by her parents, Brian and Alicia Nelson; her sister, Morgan Nelson and her kitties, Sissybear, Spicer, Mew Mew, Buddyboy and Babies. She is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. A Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at the Tucson Botanical Gardens from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel, 520-742-7901.
