Obituary of KAYLA MARISA CHEYENNE HAM

Kayla Marisa Cheyenne Ham, 21, passed away December 26, 2014. She was born to Cynthia Ward and Byron Ham on March 24, 1993. She is survived by her son, Sebastian, mother and step-father Cynthia and Paul Carlisle, father Byron Ham, brother Ryan Ham and numerous family and friends. A memorial service will be held for Kayla on Friday, January 9, 2015, at 5pm, at Adair Funeral Homes, Avalon Chapel, 8090 N. Northern Ave, Tucson, AZ 85704.
