Regina R. Hoover Born July 23, 1949 in York, PA, passed away October 17, 2014. She is survived by her loving husband, Tarry Hoover, Sr.; one stepson, two granddaughters, five great-grandsons, one great-great-granddaughter. The family wishes to thank St. Joseph's Hospital for their kind and exceptional care given to Regina. She will be missed. There are no services planned.
