Dear Jacque and Family We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Vail. He was our boss and friend for years and we both have many memories of him and Jacque. We couldn't have asked for a better boss and I'm sure you feel some comfort in knowing just how many people love all of you. God Bless in this your time of grief. Dick and Sandi

You have my deepest sympathy. He was such a great boss. He taught me so much about handling people and situations. He also was my friend. I also remember visiting Jacque and Bill when you moved to Tueson.

Mrs. Vail and family - very sorry to learn of Bill's passing. I lived across the street on a Richard Road in Bloomington in the early 80s before you retired. Bill was a great neighbor and very good city manager. The night in November 1983 when the police and others arrived across the street at the Hendricks home I could see the red lights thru the stained glass portal and i remember thinking Bill was sick. I am so glad he had what sounds like a wonderful retirement and 86 productive years. May God surround and bless and comfort all of his family. Dave Jecklin Morgantown, WV
