2 Timothy chapter 3 verse 16 and 17 tell us all scriptures is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching. The teaching Jehovah God has for the dead is seen in Acts chapter 24 verse 15 that tell us that there will be a resurrection of the dead. God is promising to resurrect Harold Artz back to life in God's kingdom. The Bible and the website jw.org will give us more information.
