Obituary of Sarah W. Klein

Sarah W. Klein, 6/25/1914 - 5/23/2014. Sally passed away peacefully one month shy of her 100th birthday. She was born and raised in Havaford, PA. She moved west to Denver in 1949 and transferred to Tucson in 1957. Sally was an RN for the American Red Cross and active member of WAAIME. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene; brother, Phillip Godley; and sister, Mary V. Langlais. She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Weissenborn (Barry); sister-in-law, Virginia Shipley; five nieces and nephews; and many dear friends. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the caregivers and staff at The Fountains for their care and kindness over the past five years. Contributions can be made in Sally's name to the American Red Cross Southern AZ Chapter or the Community Food Bank. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 14, at Casas Adobes Congregational Church. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, Avalon Chapel.
