Bill was one of the bright spots in the Longview Symphony Orchestra and the Longview High School Orchestra. We had such fun, whether it was performing, fundraising, competing, or traveling with the orchestra. I haven't seen Bill since our high school days, but I remember him as a smart, sweet talented friend. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Raywinkle family. May God Bless you with Peace, Comfort, and many joyful memories of Bill. Debra Collier-Kerstetter, LHS '75

I met Bill over 15 years ago at work, and it was my pleasure to have gotten to work with him and know him as a friend. Although we had drifted apart over the years, it was great to see him at my retirement reception this March. He seemed to be much at ease and happy about making plans for his future. His loss comes as a great shock. Bill was always a very caring and sensitive person - the world could use many more like him. My sincere condolences on your loss. He will be missed. Rick

My condolences to the Raywinkle family and friends. Our desire to live and accomplish things is limitless, but death ends it all ( Ecclesiastes 9:5,10). God , by no mean, should be held responsible for the loss of our loved ones ( James 1:13). How comforting it is to know that He has set a time to put an end to death and resurrect our loved ones ( Revelation 21: 3,4; Acts 24:15). Sincerely, Wardney
