Bill was one of the bright spots in the Longview Symphony Orchestra and the Longview High School Orchestra. We had such fun, whether it was performing, fundraising, competing, or traveling with the orchestra. I haven't seen Bill since our high school days, but I remember him as a smart,sweet talented friend. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Raywinkle family.
