Obituary of Maria Antonieta Rodriguez

Maria Antonieta Bayardo Rodriguez, 1/17/1940 - 5/23/2014, 74, of Tucson, AZ, Born in La Concepcion, Sinaloa, Mexico. Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Toni, as she was known by her loved ones, ended her earthly life, May 23rd, 2014, finding peace in her home. She is survived by five daughters, Dina, Sofia, Angela, Ester and Elizabeth; two sons, John and David; 22 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; eight siblings; and countless nephews and nieces. A loving Nana to all, she enjoyed spending time with all of her large family and friends. She was a long time Avon lady and greatly enjoyed being in business for herself. She was a supreme cook and master gardener, widely known for her tamales and beautiful garden. She lived for all unselfishly. The home she made for all who entered for the last 50 years will never be the same. She will be missed greatly. Until the lord Jesus calls your name in Jehovah's resurrection, you will lay in peace. A service will be held Tuesday, May 27th, 2014, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., at ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd. Burial on Wednesday, May 28th, 2014, 9:00 a.m., at All Faiths Park, 2151 S. Avenida Los Reyes.
