Obituary of Rosita Duarte-Pina

Rosita Duarte-Piña On March 14, 2014, Rosita passed away in her sleep, at home and with her family. Born in Bad Kreuznach, Germany, she spent most of her life in Tucson, where she worked for more than 25 years as a civil engineer designer. Rosita was a very loving person, always ready to help and care for everyone, especially children, who trusted her instinctively. She had a knack for getting people to work together and pool resources. She was a devoted daughter, a doting mother and a loving wife. She is survived by her mother, Gerlinde Duarte; siblings, Monika and Frank; daughter, Michelle; and husband, Rene Piña. Her Memorial Service will be held at 10:45 a.m., Saturday, April 26, 2014, at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 1800 S. Kolb Road. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel.
