Obituary of Anna M. Jolivet

Dr. Anna M. Jolivet 11/24/1928 - 1/21/2014 Anna was born and raised in Tucson. She is an alumna of Tucson High and the U of A, where she earned a Doctorate in Education. Anna was Woman of the Year and remained active in the community. She is survived by son, Michael (Teri); grandsons, Clayton (Melissa) and Caelan; daughter, Leslie; granddaughter, Simone (Scot) Manuel; great-grandchildren, Lincoln and Maxine; brother, Joel (Virginia) Turner; sister, Sadie (William) Pitts; in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, February 7, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 210 E. Lester St. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the YWCA or the Community Foundation. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel.
