Obituary of Betty J. Rodgers

Betty J. Rodgers peacefully died at home October 14, 2013. Betty was raised in Tucson, born June 1, 1927, at the Stork's Nest, to Thomas and Myrtle Brown. She graduated from Tucson High School in 1945, worked in personnel at VA Hospital and retired from Sears after 31 years. While at Sears she met her soul mate and love of her life, Russell Rodgers; they were married June 2, 1984. Survived by her husband; two children from a previous marriage: son, John (Debi) Rich and daughter, Sharon (John) Dorner. Also survived by seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
