Obituary of Mary C. Sherlock

Mary C. Sherlock, 86, of Tucson, passed away September 30, 2013. Born in Chicago, IL, she has lived in Tucson, AZ, since 1954. She is predeceased by her husband, Lee Sherlock. Mary is survived by her seven children, Deacon Francis (Anna) Sherlock, Patricia (Larry) Kiser, Helene Sherlock, Rosemary Melarkey, Theresa Strizek, Joann (Brad) Boyd, and Chris (Sandra) Sherlock, as well as 16 grandchildren and 16 great- grandchildren. Mary was a woman of faith and kindness and treasured by all who knew her as an endless source of love and strength, especially for her children. A Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 11, 2013, at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 8650 N. Shannon Rd. Interment will follow at Holy Hope Cemetery.
