Sandra Lee Smith Born in Condon, OR on September 7, 1940, and left this life on August 29, 2013, after a short illness. Preceded in death by parents, Clifford and Bessie Frank; and sister, Shirley Williams. Survived by son, John Dwain Smith; and grandson, Bryson of Burkburnette, TX; sister, Donna Dominguez of Tucson, AZ; brother, Loren (Ellen) Frank of Tulsa, OK; plus nieces and nephews in Missouri, Tucson, and Oklahoma.
