URREIZTIETA, Lezo Inaki, 20, passed away on December 20, 2013, surrounded by loved ones. He is survived by his father, Izaro; mother, Melissa; and brother, Gaizka. Lezo was a Donor for Life, donating his organs for others in need. Visitation 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, December 26, 2013, at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel, 8090 N. Northern Ave. A Celebration mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, December 27, 2013, at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 5150 N. Valley View Rd. Interment to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery, 3535 N.
